R & T Water District 
R&T Water District, located in Ray, ND, is a member of the Western Area Water Supply Authority.  The district supplies high quality potable water to the cities of Ray, Tioga, Wildrose, Ross, Stanley; and rural users in Williams and Mountrail counties in North Dakota.
